How do I activate the card I got in the PLS store?
You can activate your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card by clicking the activation link sent to your email and device and follow the prompts. You can also visit PLScard.com/start to activate your card. You’ll be asked to create a PIN and provide some info so we can verify your identity, which may include:
– 16 digit debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Your Social Security number and date of birth / Your ID number such as TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID type and date of birth
– Email address
– Mobile number (for future identify verification purposes)
– Home address
We’re required to collect this information in accordance with The USA PATRIOT Act — a Federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies anyone who successfully opens an account with us.
Online access and identity verification is required to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access all features. Federal law requires a person to be 18 or older to open an account.
